Before setting your company category, ensure you have:

  • Administrator Access: Only users with administrative privileges can modify company settings.
  • Accurate Business Information: Have your business details ready to ensure accurate configuration.
  • Stable Internet Connection: To prevent interruptions during the setup process.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide​

Accessing the Settings Menu​

  1. Log In to Your POS Account:

    • Open the POS application on your device.
    • Enter your username and password to log in.

  2. Navigate to the Main Dashboard:

    • Upon successful login, you'll be directed to the main dashboard where you can access various modules of the POS system.

  3. Click on the Settings Tab:

    • Locate the Settings icon, represented by a gear ⚙️ symbol, on the top right side navigation bar.

    • On the Company Information page, find the Top Category field.

    • Click on the Top Category dropdown menu.
    • Select Retail if your business involves selling goods directly to consumers.
    • Select Food & Beverage (F&B) if your business operates in the restaurant, cafe, or any food service sector.

Saving and Applying Changes​

  1. Review Your Selections:

    • Ensure that you have selected the correct Top Category and configured any additional settings as necessary.

  2. Save the Configuration:

    • Click the Save button at the bottom of the Company Information page to commit your changes.
