📄️ Customers
The POS mobile application allows you to maintain a record of your customers. To provide personalized experiences for your customers, you may manage customer data such as contact information and transaction history. Click Customers from the left-hand menu beneath the Store section.
📄️ Orders
The Orders feature in the POS mobile application allows users to view, manage, and track customer orders in a clear and organized manner. This guide provides an overview of the Orders interface and explains how to interact with its key functionalities.
📄️ Refund
The Refund feature lets you refund the product purchases. Simply click on Refund on the left-hand menu beneath the Store section. To create Refund type in the Invoice or SKU number, you can even scan the barcode, and click OK.
📄️ Reports
The POS Mobile application provides real-time data and analytics on sales, inventory, and other metrics. This can help business owners make informed decisions and adjust their strategies based on actual performance.Simply click on Reports on the left-hand menu beneath the Administration section.
📄️ Suspended
The Suspended Orders feature in the POS mobile application allows users to temporarily pause ongoing transactions and retrieve them later. This is useful when a customer needs to delay payment or complete their purchase at a later time without losing transaction details.

You can view all the permissions alloted by the company in this page. Simply click on Permissions on the left-hand menu beneath the Administration section.
📄️ Return
The Return feature in the POS mobile application allows users to process product returns for completed sales transactions. This feature is designed to simplify and streamline the return process, ensuring accurate updates to inventory and invoices.
📄️ Products
The POS mobile application helps merchants keep track of their Product stock, create new products and even delete the old ones. You can view all the Products by clicking on Products on the left-hand menu beneath the Administration section. The product name, unit price and stock details are displayed for each product. You can add a new product by clicking on the plus icon below or delete the existing products by clicking on the delete button.
📄️ Profile
You can view and edit your profile details such as name, profile picture, email, phone number, role business name and tax number. Click on Profile on the left-hand menu beneath the User section.
📄️ Direct Instructions
Direct Instructions are instructions or messages from the company. You can view the Instructions by clicking on Direct Instructions on the left-hand menu beneath the User section.
📄️ Help
If you have a problem, an inquiry, or an application issue, you may enter it into the help page. In the left-hand menu, beneath the User area, select Asking for Help.
📄️ End of Work Day
When you are done with your shift click on End of Work Day in the left hand menu under the User section. A dialog box with pop up in which you can see your shift details. Click on End Day to close your shift.
📄️ Settings
The POS mobile application's settings can be updated by selecting Settings from the left-hand menu under the User section. If you want the product image to be displayed, enable the option; otherwise, disable it.
